White Control Box for LightAura Plus | Parts

I charged up my new control box and yet when I used it the lights were flickering and it still didn't seem to hold charge.

I purchased LED Mask PE706 on 12-2020 but the Control Box started to malfunction one year later after the warranty period. The USB port connectivity started to loosen so I had to press the USB plug hardly by hand the whole therapy time! That's why I have to purchased this control box again unwillingly !!!

So happy with it! But it shows that the first box was never In good shape ! It’s disappointing I had to pay for a second box when the first never actually worked properly but I am glad that my control box works! The USB cord that came with the original mask still doesn’t work so I am convinced the wiring was never right! But the new box works great and I was able to find a power cord at home that works ! I do believe you own me some kind of compensation but I am just happy I have my mask and to be fair you have been great as far as being responsive!
